Sherry is such a good girl that she recently attended the Santa Paws event at Pets at Home, where there were lots of people, dogs, and plenty of noise. She handled it all like a seasoned pro, cool, calm, and collected, completely unbothered by the excitement around her.
Instead, she focused on collecting fuss, cuddles, and treats like the social butterfly she is. For her very first trip out of the kennels, she was an absolute star, and we were bursting with pride watching how relaxed and happy she was.
Everyone who met her fell in love, commenting on how beautiful, friendly, and well-behaved she was. She really does glide through life with that smooth, happy-go-lucky Sherry sparkle we all adore.
Sherry is currently sharing her kennel with Tiny Tim, and the two of them get along brilliantly. They are a lovely pairing, always relaxed and content together. She is very happy and social with other greyhounds, so we know she would be more than content sharing her forever home with one or two hound friends.
That said, Sherry is a people dog at heart. She would be just as happy as the only dog in the home, soaking up all the love and cuddles for herself and being the main event. Whether she is part of a pack or has her humans all to herself, she will be happy as long as there is love, comfort, and a sofa with her name written all over it.
Sherry would love to be part of a family and would happily live alongside dog-savvy children. She gives her love so freely that any human, big or small, who is ready to receive it will be rewarded with the most affectionate companion.

During her dog test, Sherry was an absolute star. She took everything in her stride and was calm, friendly, and beautifully well-mannered. She and Blossom got along instantly, walking happily side by side up the road without a single issue.
Blossom adored her, bouncing around her in delight, and it was such a lovely sight to see. It is clear Sherry is a social girl through and through, with a heart big enough for everyone she meets. She is endlessly loving, caring, and full of that happy-go-lucky sparkle we all adore.
