Meet Pugsley and trust us when we say, he may not be part of the Addams Family, but he’s every bit as charming and full of character!
This little lad has the biggest heart and so much love to give, and he’s not afraid to show it. Pugsley is what we call a micro boy – small in size but mighty in personality!
Weighing just 28kg, he’s often mistaken for one of our girls, but don’t let his dainty frame fool you. This boy has a spirit and a heart that could fill the whole room.
With his expressive eyes and gentle face, he has a way of drawing you in the moment you meet him.
From the very first greeting, Pugsley throws himself wholeheartedly into loving you. He’s incredibly cuddly and affectionate, always wanting to be close, soaking up every bit of affection he can get.
He has a playful sass about him that’s absolutely irresistible – that cheeky sparkle that makes you laugh and love him even more. Whether he’s leaning in for a cuddle or flashing you his mischievous grin, Pugsley has mastered the art of making people smile.
He’s outgoing, funny, and wonderfully affectionate and is truly one of those dogs who can brighten even the dullest of days.
Behind his cheeky charm lies the sweetest and most sensitive of souls. Pugsley lights up the second he realises someone’s coming to see him – his whole face transforms with excitement, his tail wagging in delight, ready to shower you in love.
He’s happiest when surrounded by his humans, thriving on closeness and connection. He has a remarkable ability to make you feel special, calm, and loved – like you’re the centre of his world.
Just one look from those kind eyes, and you’ll feel every ounce of his gentle devotion.
Pugsley is picture-perfect in his kennel. He is calm, happy, clean, and content. He’s patient and well-mannered, always waiting his turn, never making a fuss.
For such a small lad, he’s got the biggest, kindest heart, and he gives his love so freely. He’s wonderfully affectionate but also has a lovely independent side.
When he’s not asking for cuddles, he’s perfectly happy having a little snooze or pottering about, content in his own quiet world.
It’s that perfect balance between affection and independence that makes him such a dream companion.
This tiny gentleman has it all – kindness, confidence, and the sort of charm that makes everyone fall for him instantly. He’s funny, gentle, and sensitive, with a happy-go-lucky spirit that shines through in everything he does.
He’s the type of boy who brings comfort on the tough days and laughter on the good ones. Pugsley truly embodies everything that makes greyhounds so special he is gentle, loving, adaptable, and endlessly loyal.
He may not have a spooky mansion like his namesake, but he’s ready to haunt your heart in the best possible way.
Whoever welcomes this precious little boy home will gain a loving companion who’ll fill their lives with joy, cuddles, and warmth every single day.
Pugsley may be the smallest in size, but when it comes to love, he’s larger than life the only thing missing from his Addams Family is you!
Pugsley has settled into life here and our kennel routine with absolute ease. From the start, he’s taken everything in his stride, showing us just how adaptable and good-natured he really is.
It’s clear to everyone who meets him that this boy was made for home life — there’s a sofa out there with his name written all over it, and we know that once he finds it, he’ll never want to leave.
He’s the sort of hound who doesn’t just fit into a home, he completes it.
Small but mighty, Pugsley might not come from the Addams mansion, but he’s got every bit of that same quirky charm!
Pugsley has happily kennelled both alone and with female greyhounds and has taken it all completely in his stride.
Whether he’s got a hound by his side or a whole kennel to himself, he’s content, calm, and easy-going. He’d happily share his forever home with a friendly, calm female greyhound who’s looking for a kind-hearted companion.
That said, Pugsley would be equally happy as the only dog in the home, soaking up all the attention and cuddles for himself.
When it comes to humans, Pugsley gives his heart so freely. He’s a true people-dog who forms deep bonds with those around him.
We believe older, dog-savvy children would be the best fit for this sweet boy, as they’ll love his playful nature but understand when he needs a little space.
He’d also thrive in a relaxed, adult-only home where he can enjoy the calm life he truly deserves. No matter what sort of home he joins, one thing’s certain — he’ll fill it with love, cuddles, and joy from day one.
During his first dog test, Pugsley did struggle, and it wasn’t a pass. Having come from a racing environment and seen very little of the outside world, it’s understandable that he found the experience confusing and overwhelming.
He showed signs of reactivity towards Blossom, becoming vocal and a little spinny, but what impressed us was how responsive he was to guidance and how quickly he settled when given space.
His small size makes him easy to manage, and with patient, positive reinforcement and the right approach, we know he’ll continue to grow in confidence.
We’ll be working with Pugsley here at the kennels to help him build trust and comfort around other breeds, and we’ll retest him once he’s more settled.
For now, Pugsley will need a forever home that understands his needs — somewhere calm and consistent, without busy off-lead dog areas. Controlled, gentle socialisation and a peaceful walking environment will help this sweet boy thrive.
The good news is he walks beautifully on the lead and loves his adventures. We just want to make sure he feels safe every step of the way.
This boy is such a little gem — kind, gentle, and brimming with love. Once he finds his perfect match, there’s no doubt he’ll shine brighter than ever.
Pugsley is the kind of dog who brings peace to chaos, comfort to quiet days, and joy to every single moment.
His heart is pure gold, and his love is limitless. Whoever opens their heart to this boy will gain a loyal, loving companion who will make every day feel a little brighter.
Pugsley might not live in the Addams mansion, but he’s ready to make your home his haunted heart and trust us, once he’s there, you’ll never want to “snap” out of loving him.
