Overflowing with love and charm, Belle is a true cuddlebug through and through, always eager to share her heart with anyone lucky enough to meet her.
From the very first moment, you’ll be completely enchanted by this girl. With her kind, friendly nature and sensitive soul, she’s the type of hound who feels like she’s been part of your life forever.
Belle is full to the brim with affection and is a true people-lover in every sense. This little treasure is perfection wrapped up in a dainty, loving hound, and she never says no to a snuggle.
Her love for cuddles knows no bounds and she’ll happily curl up in your arms as though she’s always belonged there.
She’s a happy-go-lucky girl whose joy is wonderfully contagious. Belle is the perfect blend of playful, kind, and affectionate, which is everything you could ever wish for in a best friend.
Her warm, cuddly nature and easy-going charm make her a shining example of just how amazing greyhounds can be. She’s a true ambassador for the breed, sprinkling her gentle magic wherever she goes.
With a sparkle of sass and a whole lot of charm, she’ll have you smiling from ear to ear with her sweet and silly ways. Belle’s personality lights up every room she walks into, and just being near her is enough to lift your spirits.

Belle might share her name with a princess, but she’s got a fun, cheeky streak that keeps everyone laughing. She’s one of our more vocal hounds and is never afraid to tell us exactly what she wants, which we absolutely adore about her.
It’s one of her many quirks that makes her the sunshine girl of the kennels, brightening every single day. She has us all in stitches with her silly, playful personality. She just knows how to make you smile, even on your toughest days.
Belle is wonderfully enthusiastic and finds joy in absolutely everything, whether it’s her walks, playtime, cuddle time, or nap time. She lives life to the fullest, always excited to be part of whatever’s going on.
When you go to get her out of her kennel, it’s like she’s been waiting all day for that moment. She jumps from foot to foot, tail wagging like mad, eyes full of excitement. She’s just pure happiness in dog form.
She’s also one of our more energetic greyhounds, always up for an adventure or a new experience. Belle is confident, outgoing, and full of life. Absolutely nothing fazes her, and she takes everything in her stride like a true princess on a mission.
Yet behind all that energy and enthusiasm, she has a beautifully sensitive and caring side too. She loves deeply and cares for those around her in the most genuine way. Her love is loud, her heart is huge, and her loyalty is unwavering.
Belle is incredibly beautiful inside and out. Her little face, big brown eyes, and fabulous floppy ears are simply irresistible. Her joyful, expressive personality is matched perfectly by her kind heart.
She’s the kind of dog who will bring light, laughter, and love to every corner of her home. Everyone here at the kennels absolutely adores her, and she’s quickly become a firm favourite among staff and volunteers alike. There’s just something about Belle that makes life feel brighter.
This little princess doesn’t need a castle she needs just a comfy sofa, loving humans, and maybe a few enchanted cuddles to make her happily ever after complete.
Belle is a confident, self-assured girl who takes everything in her stride. Her outgoing personality sparkles, and she’s rarely fazed by anything. Her easy-going and adaptable nature means she would suit a wide variety of home environments, as she’s the kind of girl who fits right in wherever she lands.
She’d thrive in a busier household just as happily as in a quieter one, as long as she has her humans by her side. Always ready to take on new adventures with a wagging tail and an open heart, Belle really is incredible.
We know she’ll settle into home life just as effortlessly as she’s settled into life here at the kennels.
When Belle first arrived, she was so happy and enthusiastic on her walks that she was a little strong on the lead. We decided to switch her over to a harness, and it has done her the world of good.
She’s walking beautifully now, showing just how clever and adaptable she is. We do ask that her forever family continue to use her harness, as it’s made such a positive difference for her.
Belle is also very food motivated, and mealtimes are her favourite part of the day! Like many greyhounds, she does get a little excited about her food and tends to eat quite quickly, so we’ve been feeding her in a slow feeder.
We’d suggest keeping this up if needed, though once she’s in a home of her own with one-to-one attention, it may not be an issue at all. We just like to make sure all our hounds have the best chance to thrive in their new lives, and for Belle, these little things make all the difference.
Belle is currently sharing her kennel with long-stay resident Alan, and the two of them get on brilliantly. They’re total opposites, yet they balance each other perfectly – Alan’s calm nature and Belle’s playful spirit make a lovely pair.
She’s very social with all the greyhounds and enjoys the company of her fellow hounds. We know she would happily share her forever home with another greyhound or two, as she really does love having friends around her.
That said, Belle is very much a people dog at heart. She would be just as happy as the only dog in the home, soaking up all the love and attention for herself.
This beautiful girl would thrive as part of a family and would happily live alongside dog-savvy children. Belle gives her love so freely that any humans, big or small, who are ready to receive it will find themselves blessed with the most loving companion.
Because of her enthusiastic nature, we feel confident, dog-savvy children who can match her fun-loving energy and enjoy playtime would be the perfect fit. She’d love joining in on family adventures, whether that’s school runs, walks in the park, or cosy evenings at home.
Anything where she can be included and feel part of the family will make Belle’s heart sing. Of course, she’d be just as content in a calm, adult-only home where she can soak up all the love and affection at her own pace.
During her dog test, Belle was an absolute star and took us all by surprise with how calm and polite she was. She was friendly, well-mannered, and confident in her approach. Blossom took to her straight away, and the two walked happily side by side without a single issue.
Belle was curious at first, trying to figure out why Blossom was so small, but her social and playful nature shone through, and she just wanted to make friends. She’s such an all-around social girl who is loving, caring, and full of that happy-go-lucky sparkle we all adore.
It breaks our hearts to think that Belle might be overlooked because she has a little more energy than some of our other hounds. We wish everyone could see Belle through our eyes to see how joyful, kind, and utterly special she is.
She’s full of life, full of love, and full of heart. This girl is truly one of a kind, and whoever adopts her will be gaining not just a dog, but a loyal, loving best friend who will fill every day with happiness.
Belle is ready to find her fairy-tale ending and she’s proof that love isn’t just found in storybooks.
