There truly isn’t a bad bone in her body—she is pure perfection. We know she will settle into home life effortlessly, as if she has always been there, enjoying quiet moments with her humans and making every day brighter with her calm and loving nature.
Cailin recently went on a fun socialisation trip with Auntie Hope to the park, and once again, she proved just how amazing she is. She was completely unfazed by everything—traffic, people, other dogs, and even the bad weather! She travelled beautifully in the car and even tackled the stairs at the park with ease.
After such a successful trip, we’re confident that Cailin could easily be a London dog or settle into a busier area. While this isn’t essential, it’s rare to find a hound as bomb-proof as Cailin—so self-assured, trusting, and ready to take on any adventure with her humans by her side.
Cailin would do well in a home with children, teenagers, or adults, as she is comfortable in both a lively family setting and a quieter household. She adores humans, big or small, and would be equally happy soaking up love in a busy home or lazing about in an adult-only environment where she can enjoy endless fuss.
She is currently kennelled with Bruno, and the two get along brilliantly. She is social, friendly, and happy to share her space with other hounds, so she would love to live alongside another greyhound or two.
That said, she is also independent enough to be perfectly content as the only dog in the home as long as she has her beloved humans close by.
It will come as no surprise that Cailin passed her dog test with flying colours. She was well-mannered, calm, and social, happily sniffing Blossom before walking comfortably alongside her.
She even initiated a little game of chase, which Blossom was more than happy to accept! Her play manners are wonderfully polite, showing just how gentle and respectful she is with other dogs.
Cailin is everything anyone could ever want in a companion—gentle, loving, confident, and beautifully laid-back. With her striking black coat, gorgeous puppy-dog eyes, and fabulous eyelashes, she is as stunning on the outside as she is on the inside.
